$400 non-refundable registration/workshop deposit will be paid through this website
Balance due will be paid directly to Cousin’s Quilt Shop no later than March 10, 2027.​​​​

​Must I stay at Mission Point Resort?
Yes. You must stay at Mission Point Resort to participate in our event in any way.
Room reservations will NOT be made directly through Mission Point Resort.
Once your workshop registration is confirmed, Carmen Hartwig or her staff will reach out to you within 2-3 weeks
to obtain your room reservation. One person from each room should supply a list of names at that time.
All package rates are per person. A non-student guest rate will be provided.

Can I bring my pet?
Depending on availability - There are a number of rooms in the Straits Lodge which are dog friendly.

Where do I get my tickets for the ferry and carriage taxi?
Visit the Shepler's Ferry ticket booth and pick up your tickets.
Ferry Ticket to and from the island. (Be sure to keep it for your return trip)
Horse-drawn Carriage Taxi Ticket... One (1) ticket to Mission Point Resort.

How do I reserve additional nights before or after the event?
Additional nights may be available based on hotel availability,

​​​Can we "RETREAT" on the island without taking classes?
We're working behind the scenes to obtain this information by August 1st.

Will you have machines available for rent?
We won't have specifics on the number of machines available until closer to the event. Please check back in January.

Will you give us a supply list for our classes?
A printable PDF Supply List for each class will be posted (as available) on the same page as the workshop description.

Will you have kits available for each class?
Our goal is to offer as many kits as possible.
If a kit is available for a particular class, it will be noted on the supply list.

Are any meals included?
Yes. Specific details to follow. ​​

​Can you help me find a roommate?
Your best option is to post a roommate request on our Facebook page.
​
Can I register with my group?
For groups of 5 or more, contact us directly and we'll set up your group registration.
Registration for groups will open September 8th (2-days advance of registration)

Waitlist...
In the event a workshop or Open Sew is full, we will open registration for a waitlist.​

Cancellation Policy:​​
​$400 cancellation fee - September 10 - November 10, 2026
$500 cancellation fee - November 11 - December 31, 2026
$600 cancellation fee - January 1, 2027 - March 10, 2027.
Cancellation refunds will not be issued after March 10, 2027.
*** Any registrations made after March 10, 2027 are not subject to a refund.

All cancellations or transfer requests* must be submitted via email to ensure proper documentation and processing.​
​
*Transfer of Reservation: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person
if we do not have a waitlist. Please check with Carmen before making arrangements.
Please notify us of any transfers as soon as possible to ensure we have updated information.
Payment of the transfer will be handled privately between you and the transferee.
Transfers are permitted up to 14 days prior to the session.

Processing Fees: Return credit card payments, returned checks, or requesting a class change after registering
are subject to a $50 fee.​
​
Class Cancellation: QAS reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of students is not met.
If the class is officially cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
