WAITLIST...
When your desired class is fully booked, we will create a WAITLIST.
There is a fee of $25 to hold your place.
If you are able to register for an open spot, or one does not become available, this will be refunded to you.
If you change your mind or decline to register when an opening is presented to you, this will not be refunded.
You may not transfer your registration, or sell your space without first contacting Carmen Hartwig
to see if there is a waiting list.​​ Refunds for class cancellations are given only if we can fill your space from this list.

Must I stay at Mission Point Resort?
Yes. You must stay at Mission Point Resort to participate in our event in any way.
​
Will you have kits available for each class?
Our goal is to offer as many kits as possible.
If a kit is available for a particular class, it will be noted on the supply list.
​
Can we "RETREAT" on the island without taking classes?
Yes! We have 20 spots available. You must pre-register and you must stay at Mission Point Resort.
The cost is $75 and covers the entire week, beginning Tuesday May 12 at 10:00 am, ending Saturday May 16 at
4:00 pm. (Be sure to take a peek at our evening lectures!)

Will you have machines available for rent?
Yes! We will have machines for rent rather than have you haul your own.
Reservations begin January 5, 2026 by calling Cousins Quilt Shop Charlevoix, 231-437-3004.

Are there payment plans?
We are not able to offer payment plans.
Registration fees and classes MUST be paid in full at the time you register.

Will you give us a supply list for our classes?
A supply list for each class is provided on the same page as the workshop description.
​
Are any meals included?
Monday night rate INCLUDES Monday Evening Cocktail Reception, Welcome, Dinner
& Lecture along with lunch buffet on ​​Tuesday.
Tuesday - Friday night rates INCLUDE an assortment of breakfast items, a lunch buffet, afternoon snacks & soda on
the following day.
​ There is no food or snack service included prior to the Opening Reception on Monday May 11.
Food service will end after lunch/afternoon snacks Saturday May 16, with no food or snack service offered on Sunday. May 17th. Additional meals or costs will be at your own expense.

Help! I have questions regarding my room reservation.
All hotel and room questions need to be addressed directly with Mission Point Resort.

Can you help me find a roommate?
Your best option is to post a roommate request on our Facebook page. We'll do what we can to assist you.

Is there anything I'm missing?
Your registration must include (01) Registration & Shepler's Ferry. It's required to attend our event.

What is the cancellation policy?
​ The registration fee of $100 is non-refundable.​​
​Cancellations are subject to these additional charges:
Registration Opens August 15, 2026 at 5:00pm est.
November 1 to December 30 there will be a $150 cancellation fee
January 1 to March 10 there will be a $300 cancellation fee
There will be no refunds on or after March 11, 2026

There will be a $50 fee if you request a class change after registering.
Any changes in classes must be received in writing before March 10, 2026.​

​Online payment returns are subject to a $50 fee. ​​
