Workshop Details
Elissa will guide you step-by-step through the entire bag-making process using your own unique fabric combinations, quilting techniques, and piecework. You'll learn best practices, insider tips, and finishing techniques to help you create a professional looking quilted bag with custom details that reflect your personal style. Elissa specializes in ByAnnie bags, and during this workshop, you'll be creating your very own "COURTSIDE" bag - a versatile, and popular pattern from ByAnnie. Welcome guide and supply list will be sent directly to registered participants 90-days before class including tools, supplies, pattern information, materials, and notions. Supply Kit information to follow. You'll spend the first 2-days learning the machine piecing technique of Foundation Paper Piecing (FPP). New! Foundation patterns designed by Elissa specifically for the COURSIDE bag to be announce Spring 2026. Skill level: Intermediate. Previous bag making experince preferred.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY: A registration/workshop deposit of $400 is due on-line at the time of reservation. ​​ The balance due, based on your lodging needs will be payable to Cousin's Quilt Shop by December 11, 2025. It may be paid in person or over the phone with a credit card. $150 cancellation fee - August 11 - October 11 $250 cancellation fee - October 12 - December 11 $400 cancellation fee - December 12, 2005 Cancellation refunds will not be issued after December 12 unless we're able to fill your spot from the waitlist, and there are rooms available at Mission Point. In the event we're able to fill your spot, we will refund what you've paid - subject to the $400 cancellation fee. Return credit card payment or returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
