Join Carmen for this Tuffet-Making, Tea-Drinking Adventure! Create your very own beautiful, functional, and unforgettable tuffet - one stitch (and one sip) at a time. As a special feature, Carmen is designing an option for a custom commemorative Tuffet inspired by your trip to Mackinac Island. Each afternoon we'll slow it down and embrace a bit of island time - pause for a cup of tea, indulge in specialty treats, and enjoy a little conversation. Bring your most fantastical fascinator! It's all good fun - and yes, there might just be a prize for the most creative one! Important notes: Carment will contact each student prior to class to formulate a personalized plan. The provided kit is required to keep us all on the same path. (Unfamiliar patterns or pre-assembled kits won't be part of this workshop).
Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY: A registration/workshop deposit of $400 is due on-line at the time of reservation. ​​ The balance due, based on your lodging needs will be payable to Cousin's Quilt Shop by December 11, 2025. It may be paid in person or over the phone with a credit card. $150 cancellation fee - August 11 - October 11 $250 cancellation fee - October 12 - December 11 $400 cancellation fee - December 12, 2005 Cancellation refunds will not be issued after December 12 unless we're able to fill your spot from the waitlist, and there are rooms available at Mission Point. In the event we're able to fill your spot, we will refund what you've paid - subject to the $400 cancellation fee. Return credit card payment or returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
